Terms of Service

0xesim sells eSIM data plans for use in 190+ countries. eSIMs are provisioned through our upstream provider and delivered electronically — there is no physical SIM and nothing is shipped. We do not perform identity verification (no KYC) and we accept payment only in cryptocurrency.

You are responsible for confirming that your device is eSIM-capable and carrier-unlocked before you buy. eSIM plans are tied to specific countries or regions and to a fixed data amount and validity period as shown on the product page. A plan that is incompatible with your device, or bought for the wrong destination, is not grounds for a refund once delivered.

All prices are shown in US dollars and are charged in the cryptocurrency you select at checkout. Crypto payments are final and irreversible once confirmed on-chain. Network fees, exchange rates, and minimum-amount requirements are determined by the blockchain and our payment processor, not by us. Orders below the minimum order amount, or below a coin's minimum payable amount, cannot be completed.

We provision and deliver your eSIM only after your payment is confirmed. Depending on the network you choose, on-chain confirmation can take from a few minutes to longer. A "payment received" screen is not by itself a guarantee of delivery — your order is fulfilled when the eSIM QR code is issued.

You can receive your eSIM by email, or anonymously via a one-time retrieval code shown at checkout. If you choose anonymous delivery, keep your retrieval code safe — it is the only way to retrieve your eSIM, and we cannot recover it for you if it is lost.

All sales are final once an eSIM profile has been delivered. Unfulfilled or failed orders are refundable in the original crypto upon request.

Refunds, where applicable, are issued in the original cryptocurrency. Because crypto values fluctuate, a refund reflects the crypto amount originally received, and its value at the time of refund may differ from the value at the time of payment. To request a refund for an unfulfilled or failed order, contact us with your order number.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• break any law that applies to you, including local telecom or import rules;
• resell, defraud, or abuse the Service or our providers;
• circumvent rate limits, probe for vulnerabilities, or attempt to access orders that are not yours.

You are responsible for complying with the laws of the country in which you use the eSIM, including any local restrictions on data services or roaming.

Coverage, data speeds, and network availability depend on local mobile networks and our upstream provider, and are not guaranteed. We may add, change, or discontinue plans at any time. We are not responsible for outages, throttling, or coverage gaps caused by the underlying carriers.

The Service and eSIMs are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any plan will work on your specific device or in your specific location.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of connectivity, data, or business.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
