How do I install my eSIM?+
As soon as your crypto payment confirms, we provision your eSIM automatically and show the QR code on the success page — we also email it, or you can retrieve it with your tracking code. On iPhone: Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM → Use QR Code. On Android: Settings → Network & internet → SIMs → Add eSIM. Install while you're on Wi-Fi, then activate when you arrive at your destination.
I paid but haven't received my eSIM yet.+
Provisioning usually takes just a few minutes. You can check your order status any time on the order lookup page using your tracking code, or your email and order number. If it has been more than about 15 minutes, or the status shows failed, contact us with your order number and we'll resend the QR or retry provisioning.
Which phones support eSIM?+
Most flagship phones released since 2018 support eSIM — iPhone XS and newer, Google Pixel 3 and newer, and recent Samsung Galaxy S, Note and Fold models. Your phone must also be carrier-unlocked. If you're unsure, search your exact model plus 'eSIM support', or look for an 'Add eSIM' option in your phone's settings before you buy.
How do I check my remaining data or expiry date?+
Once your eSIM is delivered, the order lookup page shows your data usage and validity window. Open it, enter your tracking code (or email and order number), and your remaining data and expiry are listed alongside your eSIM details.
Can I get a refund?+
All sales are final once an eSIM profile has been delivered. Unfulfilled or failed orders are refundable in the original crypto to the sending address upon request.
How anonymous is my purchase, really?+
We ask for no account, no ID and no card — you pay in crypto and receive your eSIM by email or an anonymous tracking code, so the purchase itself reveals as little as you want. Be clear-eyed about the limits, though: no eSIM hides the network layer (your device's IMEI and the towers it connects to). We call this 'anonymous purchase', not 'anonymous connection'. My QR code won't scan, or activation failed.+
Reinstall while connected to Wi-Fi, and don't delete the eSIM profile after installing — most profiles can only be installed once. If scanning fails, choose 'Enter Details Manually' and paste the SM-DP+ address and Matching ID from your delivery email. Still stuck?
